Our Story
Ancient wisdom, modern clarity.
8lifes was born from a simple question: what if the 2,000-year-old framework of Chinese metaphysics could be used not for fortune-telling, but as a structured map for self-discovery — told in language that speaks to modern minds?
Rooted in Tradition
Our Bazi (Four Pillars) engine uses the same deterministic algorithms practiced by Chinese scholars for centuries — precise calendar conversion, solar term calculation, and true solar time correction.
Powered by AI
We layer AI language models on top of structured chart data to produce personalized, readable insights — not rigid templates, but genuine conversation with your chart.
Bound by Ethics
Every reading is marked as entertainment and personal growth. We do not offer financial, medical, or legal advice. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and fully GDPR-compliant.
What is Bazi?
Bazi (八字, “Eight Characters”) is a Chinese metaphysical system that maps a person’s birth moment into four pillars — Year, Month, Day, Hour — each composed of a Heavenly Stem and an Earthly Branch.
Our Mission
To make the insights of Chinese metaphysics accessible to anyone curious about their own nature — without dogma, without manipulation, and without treating fate as a sentence rather than a conversation.
We believe that understanding your patterns — whether elemental, psychological, or relational — is the first step toward living with more intention.
Our Values
